Tucked into the woodland edge of our estate and overlooking the River Tweed, the Eco-Hub at Faldonside Eco offers a truly one-of-a-kind meeting space. Covered, open-sided, and immersed in birdsong and nature, it’s the ideal setting for outdoor meetings, mindful gatherings, creative sessions, and wellbeing retreats.

Whether you’re leading a team huddle, delivering a group workshop, or hosting a nature-led away day, the Eco-Hub provides a restorative alternative to traditional boardrooms. With the scent of woodsmoke in the air and the soothing sounds of the river nearby, your group can focus, reflect, and reconnect.

• Up to 20 participants seated in a circle or flexible layout
• Fire pit option for colder months or shared meals
• Mains power and subtle LED lighting

In summer, the Hub offers dappled shade and a sense of freedom. In winter, the firepit becomes a natural centrepiece for warmth and conversation. We can also provide picnic hampers or hot soup lunches served outdoors, with picnic rugs and cushions included.
